Owned and run by fabulous artist Wendy Weeks and her writer husband Robert Randall. Wendy’s colourful artwork adourns every room. There are 8 elegant but simple rooms, all en-suite some with views to the mountains dotted with Inca ruins. An oasis of lush flora with busy, darting little humming birds surrounds the pretty white washed walls and dark wood doors and balconies. Excursions can be booked if you’re not lounging around in the hammocks and making new friends and Machu Picchu is just an hour away by train. Perfect for stopping off before or after the Inca Trail or using as a simple base for exploring the magical Sacred Valley that has so much to offer.
