Chobe Safari Lodge, Chobe National Park :
Chobe
OVERVIEW
On Botswana's far northern border lies the Kwando, Linyanti and Chobe river system forming a series of lakes, islands and flood plains that make up the Chobe National Park, famous for large buffalo and elephant herds, its variety of predators, and abundant birdlife decorating the beautiful waterways. Game drives depart Chobe Safari Lodge 3 times daily into the park, home to the world’s largest elephant population. Boat cruises with expert guides depart throughout the day - a wonderfully different way of viewing the game. At dry season in particular, wildlife congregate in their thousands at the water’s edge to quench their thirst.
