The house is in a peaceful location in the stunning beach resort of Camps Bay. The ground floor comprises an open plan, modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area which seats 6 guests and a stylish living area with large flat screen TV (with satellite), a DVD/CD/MP3 Player and an AV Surround Sound system. There is also a guest toilet on this level. The foldable glass doors with American shutters open out from the living area onto the sea facing wooden deck with gas BBQ/braai and a small plunge pool with water feature. A shortcut through a wooden gate leads down a pathway to the beach.
