* non-flight inclusive packages commencing and returning to the UK
* the ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for arranging travel to the destination offered on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance policy), for:

- a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled
- making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already travelled or
- in the unlikely event of our financial failure.

It looks after the welfare interests of all professional players, from academy players to the superstars of the international game. Travel Safe

To escape to have joined forces with Travel Safe and docleaf (www.docleaf.com) to try and ensure as much information as possible is made available to our clients regarding the health and safety standards of each property on our website.

Each of the property owners that we work with have received a self audit form from us, which covers everything from the height of the balcony railings, to the number of fire escapes, to whether they use gas or electricity for cooking. In addition we have requested information on the safety levels of all vehicles used for transfers on our holidays and this information is also available where suppliers have replied.
