arranging travel to the destination offered on this website (subject to the terms
of the insurance policy), for:
- a refund of such prepayments if customers have not yet travelled
- making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue if customers have already
travelled or
- in the unlikely event of our financial failure.

possible is made available to our clients regarding the health and safety standards
of each property on our website.
Each of the property owners that we work with have received a self audit form from
us, which covers everything from the height of the balcony railings, to the number
of fire escapes, to whether they use gas or electricity for cooking. In addition
we have requested information on the safety levels of all vehicles used for transfers
on our holidays and this information is also available where suppliers have replied.
